Active Sole footbeds are both wear-moldable and heat-moldable, meaning you can customize their fit to your foot in two ways.

Wear moldable: Simply insert the insole into your shoes and wear it for a period of time. The base will gradually conform to the shape of your foot through normal use.

Heat moldable: You can also heat the insole to speed up the molding process. The instructions typically involve:

• Preheating an oven to about 200°F (90°C).

• Placing the insole on a baking sheet in the oven for about 2 minutes until the Opti‑Therm indicator turns black.

• Removing and place in shoes. Stand up straight in place for 2 minutes while the soles cool and form to your feet.
